About	Martin died of a heart attack at the age of 42 at the University Hospital in Augusta, GA. He had attended N. Augusta schools through his Junior & Senior years and graduated from the Academy of Richmond County in Augusta. He was a life-long resident of the Augusta - N. Augusta area. He graduated from Augusta College and received his master's degree from West Georgia College, Carrollton, GA. He was a psychologist at Gracewood State Hospital and had a great love for his fellow man. He was a member of Midland Valley Country Club Twin States Golf Assoc. and had a great love for golf most of his life. He was a member of North Augusta First Baptist Church.
