Mr. Talley was a retired pharmacist, a member of Bayside Baptist Church, and a member of the Gideons International. He was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Bartok Talley, and sister, Joyce Beryl Allen. He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Jeri Morrison Talley, of Chattanooga; father, Beryl Talley, of Norris City, Il.; son and daughter-in-law, Joshua and Michelle Talley, of Georgetown, Tn.; daughters and sons-in-law, Ladonna Talley Cingilli and Or Cingilli, of Chattanooga, Jill Talley Shelton and Anthony Shelton Jr., of Baton Rouge, La.; grandchildren, Savanna, Sierra and Noah Cingilli, of Chattanooga; brother, Robert Talley, of Norris City, Il.; sister, Joanne Cundiff, of Wadesville, In.; mother-in-law, Dorotha Morrison, of Chattanooga; and nieces and nephews, Chris Talley, Justin Talley, Jimmy Allen, Troy Allen, Kimberly Deurling and Trisha Lynn Goetz.
