About Me	I got a 2 year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Worked for Long John Silvers for 2 years in Pittsburgh and Long Island , Managed for Duffs Famous Smorgasbord in Erie,PA 1 year then Managed a Country Kitchen in Niles for 1 year before becoming a private chef for a Lovely Lady in Wilmington Del for 12 years.Back toOhio to care for a Dying Mother and Delivered for Dominoes Pizza in the evenings. Did that too in Delaware,as well.Then I bought my own restaurant in RayBrook ,NY which is near Lake Placid, NY had that for 3and 1/4 yrs before having to go Bankrupt. It's a tough Business. There is moe to tell but I'll tell it at reunion.
