Craig Niemann
Class of 1973
Air Force, 20+ Years
SMSGT Craig Niemann, USAF, Ret., entered the United States Air Force on 07 July 1976. During his 21 years of service, Craig entered the Air Force as a Air-to-Ground Communications Specialist and advanced to Special Operations Communications while serving at McDill AFB, FL and Incirlik AB, Incirlik, Turkey.
Craig returned to the states five years later and served as a Military Training Advisor at Keesler AFB, MS for the next six years and was reassigned to Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX to serve as a Military Training Instructor (aka: Drill Instructor). Craig served out his remaining four years at Lackland as the Chief, Military Training for the technical training wing.
Craig was promoted and transfered to the HQ Air Education and Training Command and served on the general's staff as a Chief, Executive Quality Advisor before his retirement.
Craig is now semi-retired, residing and co-developing a new consulting business in Dallas, TX.

Our Normandy High School military alumni are some of the most outstanding people we know and this page recognizes them and everything they have done! Not everyone gets to come home for the holidays and we want our Normandy High School Military to know that they are loved and appreciated.
