About Me	This page reflects Karen Kring's work and public life. Before Facebook offered "like" pages there were "fan" pages. Fan pages didn't serve Kring Lerner Group (now called The Kring Group) so we started a "friends" page. Since then The Kring Group has a "like" page and this has morphed into a page about Karen's professional work and activities in her communities. Karen Kring's core is that of a connector, convener and sharer which influences her work and labors of love. Karen Kring is also a media strategist, photographer and journalist working with innovative and creative media professionals produced strategic media for clients' editorial, commercial or civic purposes. That's not all that Karen is about. In the early '90s Karen helped co-found PICTURE THIS Projects, a philanthropic group of photographers, journalists and other civic-minded people focused on sharing the power of photography in order to encourage creative expression, self-esteem and bridging the gap between people of different backgrounds. Joel was one of its first members. Karen is heavily involved in other organizations and causes too, including Rotary.
