The summer of 1955 Joan and I traveled throughout Europe and attended the International YMCA conference in Paris as delegates. Joan was an art major and I was a history minor. Together we had an amazing trip. We stayed in Youth Hostels and had an Eurail pass so we visited 16 countries. We left school early and returned late which allowed us to spend a lot of time exploring, meeting wonderful people and learning a lot. Sharon Sherrill Ehlen
