About Me	I am someone who has had many drastic changes in my life over the last several years. 1st was meeting Louise. She has been my best friend and wife since 10-14-06. She had 4 boys from her previous marriage, so I became an instant father. I love my wife with all of my heart and I love my boys as if they were my own. Major life change. 2nd was her 10 week hospital stay in spring of 2007. She had a brain aneurysm rupture, causing 2 strokes. She spent 10 weeks in the hospital, including 3 weeks in Emory University's Neuro ICU and 3 weeks in Shepherd Center's Acquired Brain Injury rehab unit. Following the 10 weeks, she spent another 2 months in Shepherd Center's outpatient rehab. I can't tell you how many times we almost lost her. God's grace brought her through it. She went from an R.N. working full-time, to being a full-time mother on disability. Major life change. And 3rd change is in me. In June of 2008 we began attending Cornerstone Baptist Church. I rededicated my life to Jesus Christ. Louise and Kyle, our youngest, were both saved. And since then, Scotty, our oldest, has given his life to Christ. I grew up going to church and was saved as a child. Once I hit my mid teens, I quit going to church and basically turned my back on God. I tried to live my life my way, on my terms. Living in sin, and doing things I am not proud of. I realize now that although I turned my back on God, He never turned his back on me.
