Buddy Krampe

In the summer somewhere in the '60's Wyatt Earp needed a horse for a show he was putting on at Northwestern's Dyche Stadium [p.s. I met Dyche Pharmaceutical's son in Paris about in those years. He was retired and lived with a woman who was an editor for a French newspaper]. My sister Joyce loaned Wyatt Thumper, her trail horse. My cousin warned him that Thumper did not like spurs. But I have to give Wyatt credit even tho thumper reared and did his best to dismount his rider, he stayed on.
