About	Michael "Mick" Elmore, 56, New Castle resident, passed away Monday, March 7, 2011 at his residence. He was born Sept. 7, 1954 in New Castle, IN. Mick was a so of John "Jack" and Joyce Bledsoe Elmore of New Castle. Mick was a graduate of Chrysler High School and had worked for Marilyn's Flowers as a designer, and also had worked for Meridian Automotive in Shelbyville, IN. He was an excellent artist and enjoyed painting very much. He loved family activities, and sharing time with his family and friends. He loved working with flowers as a hobby and gardening. Left to cherish his memory are his parents; one daughter, Courtney Elmore Miller, and her children, his grandkids, Marissa, Hunter and Hayden; his four brothers, Steve Elmore, Scott Elmore (wife-Stacy and their children, Brendon and Tyler), Dan Elmore (wife-Basia), Eric "Rico" Elmore (wife-Dona and children, Caitlyn and Alexis); also his beloved and best friend, Kitty Cat; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Kenneth and Mable Elmore; maternal grandparents, Alic and Dody Bledsoe; one sister, infant Mary Ann Elmore; two aunts, Barbara Duncan and Wanda Denney; one uncle, Don Bledsoe; and two cousins, Karen and Peggy. Friends may call from 1-2 p.m. Monday at Macer-Hall Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Linda Edwards officiating. Burial will be in South Mound Cemetery West Lawn Addition. Memorial contributions may be directed to a charity of the donor's choice.
