About	Vicki J. Barnett Garcia, former New Castle resident, age-57, passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at her home in Imperial Beach, California. She was born June 26, 1954 in New Castle, Indiana, the daughter of John H. Barnett (Late) and Etta M. Barnett. Vicki was a 1972 Graduate of Chrysler High School and former Security Specialist with Qualcomm Incorporated. She loved sharing time with her family and friends, collecting sea shells on the beach, watching the dolphins play in the ocean at sunset, back-yard barbecues, and caring for her two cats, Annie & Frankie. Left to cherish her loving memory include: her beloved husband and best friend, Kenny Garcia of Imperial Beach, California; 4-children, Micah Baugh of Noblesville, Indiana; Megan Kropczynski of Greenfield, Indiana; Nicole Garcia of Ventura, California; Kyle Garcia of Ventura, California; and eight grandchildren; also surviving, her beloved Mother, Etta Barnett of New Castle, Indiana; her sister, Gwen Newton of Centerville, Indiana; and her brother-in-law, Michael Newton of Centerville, Indiana. Vicki was preceded in death by: her father, John H. Barnett and her brother, Howard R. "Buddy" Barnett both from New Castle, Indiana. Funeral Service will be held 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, September 17, 2011 at Macer-Hall Funeral Home & Creation Services in New Castle, with Reverend Max Wright officiating. Friends may call 1-hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
