About Me	Since school ... hummm ... seems like another lifetime. Well, we graduated in 1988 and I moved in with my highschool sweetheart (from Nicolet) in September 1988. 79th and Beecher, maybe 400 sq, ft, apartment - but we were in love. LOL! What was I thinking? Well, my sweatheart, now husband, went to UWM for 1 semester and decided he was done with school. So he worked as an apprentice at a dental lab (no money involved) and then at Garland Foundries at night to pay the bills. I went to UWM and worked at a bank, then a PR firm. Mark (husband) got his first job as a dental technician making 6.00 / hr. and I am still trying to graduate. July 1993 - we got married. November 1993 my mother died of cancer. January 1994 Mark and I opened our own dental laboratory called Dental Images in Sheboygan. Our thought was, we didn't own anything, not even our cars - so the worst that could happen is we fall flat on our faces. Or we would succeed. He had the talent in his hands and me ... well ... I still hadn't graduated yet, but I was majoring in accounting and business management. So we took everything we had and jumped into starting a dental lab. In 1995 We bought the oldest lab in Wisconsin Badger Dental Lab - around since 1927. We merged the 2 labs - kept the badger name and location in Downtown Milwaukee. June 1997 - Marly was born and we bought our home in Grafton. We have since moved the lab to Glendale (by the old Manpower building). It is now 2008 - how the time flies. I love my life - I love my family and I am peacefully content. The only thing that could be better is if my parents were here.
