About	I've read in the Standard Times that Joe passed away on March 4, 2009 of lung cancer. Joe and I used to walk back and forth to school together many times, as we only lived a couple of blocks apart. I hadn't seen Joe in a very long time, but I remember him as a good guy and I was saddened to hear of his passing so young.
