About	Sharon L. Casimiro, 59, of Acushnet passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on Monday May 22, 2017. Born and raised in New Bedford, she was the daughter of the late Suzanne Casimiro. Sharon spent over 24 years with the United States Postal Service with most of that time spent as a postal supervisor. She enjoyed working on her family genealogy, knitting, laughing, and spending time with her three cats. Survivors include her nephew, Justin Perry, her niece Amanda Perry, and her sister Janice Soucy. Her visiting hours will be held at the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford, on Monday June 5, 2017 from 5-8 PM, with a Memorial Service beginning at 7 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Sharon Casimiro Memorial Fund, c/o Bridgewater Savings Bank, 29 Bedford St., East Bridgewater, MA 02333.
