About	Richard Purcell Mulliken, 89, passed away Monday, Sept. 13, 2010, at home with his family in Jensen Beach, FL. He lived a life full of love and laughter, appreciating every joyful moment. He will be missed by his family and friends, but all of the memories will never be forgotten. He graduated from Neptune High School in Ocean Grove NJ prior to his marriage to his beloved wife, Jean Marie Mulliken. He was the owner of Purcell Cleaners for 37 years before retiring in 1993. He was a World War II veteran of the Army Air Force and continued his passion for flying throughout his life. He was a parishioner of St. James Episcopal Church in Ocean Grove before moving to Florida. Richard is predeceased by his parents, John Frederick and Mary Ezra Mulliken; three sisters, Margaret Clayton, Katherine Furcillo, and Ann Cook; and two brothers, John Mulliken and Harry Mulliken. He is survived by his wife, Jean Marie Mulliken; and his five children, Patricia Savoth, Ann Kelly, Maureen Gorman, Harry Mulliken, Susan Furlong, along with 12 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
