| About Me | I moved to Oregon right after graduation from NHS. I met my future husband, Ben Brown, within a few days and we were unofficially engaged within 3-4 months, but I attended one year of college before we married in December 1958. We were married for 58 years until his death in February 2017. He was a Baptist pastor for over 50 years, and we lived in 7 states. I was a medical transcriptionist for many years. I moved to my current home six months after Ben’s death to be near my children and grandchildren and rejoined the work force in July 2018 as part-time receptionist/switchboard operator at the local university.
