As an NHS senior, I attended some of the teen dances held on Friday nights on the second floor of the building at the corner of 8th and Main. I especially remember going there with a classmate, Tony Cohee. Tony and I also went to our senior prom together. Who would ever have dreamed that 61 years later, after I had lost my husband of 58 years and he had outlived two wives, we would be dating and dancing together again! Life takes some very unexpected twists and turns!
