About Me | I spent my last 2 years of highschool in Anchorage Alaska. I attended Smith my first 2 years and then went to Boston U but ended up doing my last 2 years at UAA. I got married right before college and my husband was also back east going to college not far from where I was. He was going to be a vet but got interested in dentistry instead. We had our first 2 kids right away. I didnt plan on being a bailbondsman or a pawnbroker. The business just kinda fell into my lap. Have 5 children and 6 grand children. I am a bail bondsman and also own and run the Northern Lights Pawn Shops. I have two locations in Anchorage and have recently opened a new shop in Seattle Washington. In my spare time I grow flowers and work in my glass studio. We do have plans of moving to Hawaii in the next couple years but will still keep our home here in Alaska to spend the summer months. The Alaska summers are great and I love the constant daylight and that I can lay out and get a tan at night. They do call t...(read more) |
