Richard Warren Moore passed away March23 working on his cabin. He married Tammy Lynn Anthony in 1977in Atlantic City Wyo. Dick was owner of Moore General Construction since 1983 in Price Utah.He was blessed with three sons . We will miss Dicks witty sense of humor.
