| About Me | Raising my family and working either running my own businesses or other peoples businesses. I have had my own accounting business for the major part of the time after I closed that when I became bored with it I managed a beauty salon and then became the Regional Manager for the State Of Washington for the same company & also managed my own store plus 2 others & overlooked 13 others. I traveled to all the stores, did the hiring & firing, training & handled all the problems for each store. It was a lot of fun and very interesting they had retail products also so there was salon staff & retail staff plus management for each store. Some were small & some were large. I stayed with them for 8 years until I had to retire for health reasons, then I moved to Eastern Wa where I am now, went back to school and got my degree in Interior Design and opened a shop in my basement, when I got bored doing nothing at home. It was something I didn't even think about before and it was just because I didn't want to pay for flower arrangements for my new home and went and bought supplies and made my own. Friends saw them and wanted me to make some for them, Then it was helping to decorate their homes. I was doing this all for free with them supplying the goods and I decided that was stupid I should be doing it for a fee. So I went to school and started charging I keep my costs down to make it affordable by having my shop in the basement and I have a steady clientelle.
