Met his on the bus coming home from class picnic at Bear Brook State Park, 6/14/1966. Never met him before that. We started to date married 10/25/1969. That is when we had the draft he was in the US Army. Had brief honeymoon Niagra Falls and Canada, then he went to Vietnam served 2 tours of duty there. Finished service Seneca Army Depot in Romulus NY. This event changed everything and not for the better! Back then vets were expected to resume their lives with no counseling whatsoever. Sadly our marriage did not stand a chance. For 13 years we tried or I tried to make things work! I then filed for divorce as he did not want to enter into couples counseling. Out of this came to beautiful children: Tricia Kim and Matthew Jon! There were so many brave men and women who answered their countries call! Not very tech savvy so with some help I will post pictures!
