Brett was my very best friend. We spent hours together hanging out talking, just bumming around town, talking on the phone, and writing letters when he moved to NJ. I couldn't possibly have loved him more. I still cry to this day when I think of him. He was the sweetest, kindest, most loving person I have ever known. When he died and went to Heaven a huge piece of my heart and soul went with him. I can't wait till the day we meet again.

Brett and friends used to ride the trails behind my house in Stow. He was quite a motorcyclist... There was a big jump there and one day I actually got a ride from him and he was about to go over the jump with me on the back...but thankfully his friend stopped him...I think the friend was Bobby Erkinnen... My next door neighbor. Brett was very kind... And handsome.
