About Me	I am a certified personal trainer and IKFF level one certified kettlebell instructor. I coached baseball teams for 5 years previous to training. Science background specializing in evolutionary biology, disease prevention, and human physilogy with a focus on body fat reduction and muscle development. I train with kettlebells due to the ballistic nature which creates proper muscle interdependence. To support proper lifting tchniques i place great emphasis on proper warm up and joint mobility exercises. I also have a deep understanding of the disease process and of causes and preventative measures of heart disease and cancer. Unfortunately most of what we are conditioned to believe about these diseases through media and conventional medicine is profitable to industries but is incorrect and harmful. I also have devoted extensive study to hormone and dietary science in the casues of weight gain and body fat loss. I love sports and popular music. I am happily married for 6 years with 2 sons xian age 2 and xylo age 1. I have been training at Xsport in Naperville and St. Charles for the past 2 years.
