EADS, Tenn. — Michael "Mickey" Ray Boyer, 61, of Eads, Tenn., formerly of Bloomington, died Thursday (June 11, 2015) at his home.
He was born July 6, 1953, in Dale, Ind.
He is survived by his loving wife of 17 years, Susan R. Boyer, Eads, Tenn.; his mother, Doris C. Boyer, Terre Haute, Ind.; sons, Thomas (Kristy) Boyer, Raleigh, N.C.; Robert (Carolyn) Boyer, Dallas, Texas; and David (Erica) Boyer, Nashville, Tenn.; grandchildren, Rowan, Alder, Sonorah and Novalee Boyer; sisters, Nancy (Jim) Boyer-White, Windsor, Calif.; and Sarah (Jay) Heath, Terre Haute, Ind
Michael was preceded in death by his father, Jack L. Boyer.
Michael worked for IBM in Bloomington for 31 years. He loved fishing, a good joke, playing cards, bowling and spending time with family and his loving dog, Jake.
A private celebration of life will be at a later date.
