“Mustangs” Class Of 1978 Registration Deadline Extended: Friday, May 11, 2018 Hello and Welcome Fellow Murrah Mustangs to the 40th Reunion of the Class of 1978! Can you believe that our 40th Class Reunion is just around the corner? The Murrah High School Class Of 1978 will celebrate our 40th Class Reunion, July 6 - July 8, 2018 in Jackson Mississippi. Mark y o u r calendars and make plans to attend this very important milestone in our lives. This is our opportunity to get together with great friends, that we have built lifelong relationships with for over 40 years. We will share our lives, those life stories, lessons of knowledge and wisdom, that we learned from those great high school days. The plans for the 40th Class Reunion are set. We are really looking forward to seeing you all again, and having great fun with joy and laughter.

“Let’s Get Reacquainted”:
The Friday Night Social will be held at the Jackson Marriott, Churchill Ballroom, 200 East Amite Street, in Downtown Jackson, from 7:00 p.m. until 12:00 Midnight. We will reminisce over the fun times we had and life itself. We will also have great food, beverages, and a cash bar for everyone to enjoy. The Menu will consist of: Domestic & International Cheeses; Fresh Vegetables; European Meats; Finger Sandwich Platters; Beef or Chicken Sate; Chicken Wings; Firecracker Wings with Celery and Ranch Dip; Swedish/BBQ Meatballs; Franks in Puff Pastry; Potato Chips and French Onion Dip; Tortilla Chips and Spicy Salsa; Kettle Chips and Bleu Cheese Dip; Terra Chips and Mixed Nuts; and Cashews. There will also be great Entertainment, Fun and Games, a DJ and Music that I am sure everyone will enjoy and perhaps a Band. There will also be plenty of room on the dance floor for all who want to try their new dance moves.
Saturday, July 7, 2018 Reunion Banquet: An elegant evening banquet and celebration of life, coupled with 40 years of our lives and friendships will be held on Saturday night at the Jackson Marriott, Churchill Ballroom, 200 East Amite Street, in Downtown Jackson, from 7:00 p.m. until 12:00 Midnight. You are in for a treat. And, speaking of treats, there will be an extraordinary buffet style dinner, which will consist of: Prime Rib; Greek Salad; Caesar Salad; Field Greens; Assorted Dressings; Grilled Balsamic Vegetables; Cheese Platter; Chicken Marsala; Roasted Herb Encrusted Pork Loin; Penne Bolognese; Fresh Vegetable Medley; Potatoes Au Gratin; Roasted Pepper Rice; Warm Rolls and Butter; Carrot Cake; Lemon Mist Cake; Red Velvet Cake; Chocolate Decadence; Coffee; Revolution Teas; and, a Cash Bar for everyone to enjoy. There will also be great Entertainment, Fun and Games, a DJ and Music that I am sure everyone will enjoy and perhaps a Band.
