Oh My Patricia, this classmate of mine met us at 7th grade at Woodlawn, as many didn't attend Homestead Park. She was a cheerleader with me at Woodlawn and we had many fun times together, double dating. The love of her life, Gil Schmidt, was killed in the military while we were seniors, it was a difficult time for Patti. It was a sad time for all of us at the high school as we all knew Gil Patti moved to Florida after graduation, and she visited often. Reunions were fun for all as we got to visit with all our classmates. We were blessed to walk everywhere. We walked to school for 10 years! Miss you my friend, be a peace in Paradise.
