About Me	Kevin “Falah” Cannon, back in the day from1984 to 1991 was Double-K. And released my first song entitled, "let me get close to you," on Sims Records in 1988. The success of that led to a featured spot on the WGPR 107.5 morning show, “The High School and collage roll call“. With his hip-hop group called 3rd Kind, they published an album called “Klose Enkounters Uva Da Third Kind” on Sick-Monk Records in1998. Now a solo artist, I have won numerous awards such as the Miller Genuine Draft MC battle 2002, the Pepsi Slam freestyle King 2002, and The Detroit hip-hop awards freestyle artist of the year 2002. I have been in rap battles from the HIP-HOP SHOP to BET’s 106 and park. I am currently the #1 battle rapper on www.straightspittin.com, the worlds first battle rap app. My album “UNDREGROUND B BOY LIFE“ is available now. As a cast member on Swithplay TV. I have been on UPN50, WADL-WB20, THE COLOERS NETWORK & DET.CH.72. Also witch Switchplay TV Live, I’ve done lots of stage shows like, 25 to Laugh, 12 Days of Mischief, Mo better Motown, and As the Laugher Turns. I was also a cast member of Switchplay FM, on 105.9fm. Where I did a number of character voices. All that led me being the recipient of SPTV MVP award for 9 years of dedication, commitment, and laughter. As a student of Wayne State University, I studied acting and theater. Where I won, Best Actor in the Hillberry Studio; for my roll as Cliff in “The Protocol Son”. I also won the Bonstell Acting Award, for my roll as Pearlie, in Pearlie Victorious. Recently I been in plays like, Depart From it, Harmony and Rhythm, MIXED, JESUS Hopped the A Train,& Rhyme State. I also been in movies like, 8Mile , 4 brothers, Crossover, Mooz-lum and the hood classic Innocent Bystander, with the late BIG PROOF & MC Breed.
