About Me	Have been living in Papillion, NE for almost 2 years now and I have come to love the Omaha area. Lots of things to do and love being so close to the girls and their families. Bridget and Doug are busy with their State Farm agency and with the boys activities. Blair is now 14 and loves to hunt and had a great year trap shooting, ended up with a metal or two but still needs to shoot 25 in a row in competition. He is also getting an expensive puppy the end of June that he will train for hunting. Evan is 12 and a very social and funny guy, he spends most of his time outside with his buddies. Blair will be helping his Dad at the agency this summer and Evan will take over the lawn mowing duties. Hope to take them on a short trip sometime this summer. Blair will be in Senior High come this fall, hard to believe. Melanie and Ryan are doing well and are looking forward to having twins in August. At 24 weeks the twins are weighing in at 1.6 and 1.5 lbs. and Melanie/Ryan know the sex but will not tell the rest of us. They are so excited to finally be pregnant! They are both very social and spend their time with a number of friends young and old. They also do a lot of traveling which I feel will be coming to a halt for awhile. I think Melanie took her last vacation which was in Estes Park the end of May with a dear friend from college who lives in Colorado Springs. I finally found a job that will hopefully take me to the end of my career as a nurse, however long that ends up being. Will be working in one of the Internal Med. clinics at Boys Town Research Hospital next to Creighton in downtown Omaha on 30th Street. Start work the 16th of May and will work for a brand new female physician who graduates the end of June. I spend time with the girls and their families as much as I can and Don has been making it back at lest once a month and is working on the basement. We are just taking our time and the family room is framed in and insulation up, now need to finish framing the bedroom and then will start on the bath room. We enjoy taking in activities in the mid-town and market area, trying new restraunts which there are many and all are good and going into Iowa for wine tasting. We will also do some camping in the trailer now that good weather is here. Many places to find and try in eastern NE, western Iowa and southern ND. Right now I am busy with planting a couple of new flower beds, a garden and want to add shrubs and a couple of trees as the season continues. Please come and visit if you are ...(read more)
