| About Me | Moved to Chicago after graduating from UW-Madison w/a Biology degree, currently in the west loop. Career in biotechnology/clinical research; remote work allows me the freedom to travel. I was diagnosed with Ewing's sarcoma in my upper chest wall in May 2017, underwent a year of chemotherapy (VDC/IE for the RNs out there), worked through treatment and eventually, reached burnout. In 2019, I quit my job and booked a one-way ticket to Asia, spending a few months in Indonesia for both a Forrest Yoga teacher training & vacation, continuing travels with MHS/college friends in Japan & Korea. A year later, I ended a 5y relationship. I have no kids, but I do have a beautiful black mouth cur, Misha, and some useless embryos I banked w/my ex.
