About Me	I began teaching in MSAD #39 in the fall of 1985. In 2005 I earned the distinction of National Board Certified Teacher in the area of Generalist/Middle Childhood. I am an active member of my local (BEA), state (MEA), and national (NEA) education associations. I serve on the MEA's Instruction and Professional Development Committee, and am a delegate to the NEA's yearly Representative Assembly. My husband is currently serving as President of the MEA.
