| About Me | Learned a lot of lessons, some twice....worked in the food service industry for 10 years, got married had 3 sons, got a divorced, worked odd jobs as a sales clerk, henna artist, newspaper ad person, office manager, regional manager for framed prints sold in kiosks at malls in WA and OR...went to school to be a massage therapist in 2003, became one got a job at Tacoma mall doing chair massage, my mother needed assistance and we ended up moving in together in an outlying area of Gig Harbor in 2006, 5 months later I did some chemo and radiation for lymphoma in my ocular area (out of work for 8 months) went back to work, got a job offer to work with Franciscan Hospice as a traveling massage therapist and am still enjoying this rewarding position, lost my mall job first of 2008, my mother passed away in April of '08 (dad [passed in '85), my younger sister Pam Colby (Wilson grad '72) of Gig Harbor passed away in December of '08 after 26 years of Lupus.....my brother Doug (MT grad '63) just got married, he lives in Longbeach, CA on his sailboat, sister Judy (MT grad '65) and her husband Brian Emerick (Wilson Grad '60) have been married since '70 and live in Gig Harbor since '69, both are retired.
