| About Me | After high school, I went 1 year to Whitman College, then into the US Air Force 1965-69 where I worked as a photo-journalist and radio & TV broadcaster. I worked at various radio stations and ad agencies 1969-82--Seattle, Reno, California, Detroit. My first wife, Karen, and I moved to Tampa in 1982 where I got my B.A. in political science at USF in 1984. While there, we adopted our son, Jamie--then moved back to Seattle. I finished UW Law School in 1989 and was sworn in as an attorney, but never practiced. I started my own freelance voice and on-camera talent business in 1986 and having been doing that ever since. My current, and final wife, Linda Johnson, and I met in 1988 on a movie set. We moved to our current home in 1991. She's a retired school teacher and we travel the world a LOT. Jamie is a captain in the Burien Fire Department. His wife, Kaitlin, is an elementary teacher in the Lake Washington School District. Their daughter and my first grandchild, Aubrey, was born September 29, 2018. She is much loved. I have always loved playing sports--football, baseball, basketball, soccer, ultimate frisbee--but having blown up both knees and shoulders from such activities, I now have to get my thrills racing cars.
