To My Fellow Classmates, I am writing this letter on behalf of our 20 year Reunion. As of right now, we have enough RSVPs to cover the cost of the Reunion, and money continues to come in each day. We are writing you because you have indicated that you will attend the Reunion, but have not yet paid the Reunion fees. (Note: Some receiving this e-mail have not RSVP’d. Please do so as soon as possible, even if you cannot attend). We have a substantial payment to make in the next few weeks and need your help in this regard. The reunion committee is therefore extending the deadline to pay until May 8, 2009 to give everyone additional time to pay. Remember that you have two ways to pay the reunion fee. You can mail it to Jennifer or pay through the Paypal account. We are on a tight deadline. So, if you plan to mail in your payment, do so before the 30th. After April 30, we will only accept payment through the Paypal account (which will allow you to pay with a credit or debit card). See attached RSVP form for more details. We need you to pay the Reunion fees by May 8th in order to make sure that we have enough money so that the Reunion can go forward. We do not want to cancel the Reunion we've planned for the 6th of June simply because we will not have enough money to cover the costs. If you pay to attend the reunion and your plans change, we will refund your money. So please, help us keep this date for our 20 year reunion and send in your money as soon as you can. We are going to have a great time! Information with regards to ordering a copy will be available at the reunion. A family picnic will be held on June 7th, 2009 from 3:00-6:00 PM at the Charlie Daniels Park in Mt. Juliet. Pavilion II. Bring your own picnic lunch. We hope to have an inflatable play-gym for the children in addition to the play area in the park.
