He will be sadly missed by his Father William Turner(who has since passed away in March 21008) his stepmother Frances; sister Marian Kay Turner of Marion; four step brothers: Douglas Scott (Debra) Kemp of Perrysburg, Stephen Wallace (Linda) Kemp of Stafford, Texas, Brian Christopher (Amy) Kemp of Troy and Paul Marcus (Diana) Kemp of Mt Gilead, Children Tiffany (Marc), Adam (Janelle).
