About	Jeffrey L. Tolbert, 44, of Blaine Avenue, Marion, Ohio died unexpectedly Friday, October 3, 2003 at his home. He was born in Bucyrus, Ohio on August 26, 1959, the son of Ray and Pat (Atkinson) Tolbert who survive in Mount Gilead. He graduated from Mount Gilead High School in 1977 and attended Franklin University prior to serving in the U.S. Airforce. Jeff was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. He was an avid baseball fan and enjoyed computers and reading. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son Andrew M. Tolbert of Mount Gilead, Ohio; two brothers Randall (Susan) Tolbert of Greenfield, MA, and Michael (Marianne) Tolbert of Ft. Jackson, SC; a nephew Evan Tolbert; and two nieces Emily and Meghan Tolbert. A memorial service will be held in the Upper Room at Trinity United Methodist Church by Rev. Bruce Hartley on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Rivercliff Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of the Snyder Funeral Home in Mount Gilead.
