Airy Senior High, then in 1969 from Appalachian State University and attended University of Georgia, where I received my graduate level certification in Exceptional Children. I married Don Austin in September, 1968. We celebrated 45 years of marriage this year. Have two adult sons, Jason, age 39, and Cory, age 35. Two grandsons - Dylan, age 20, and Hayden, age 7.
