Keenan, Dr. Joseph Hugh "Dr. Joe" Died peacefully March 10th, 2012, surrounded by family. Survived by wife Terri Keenan, her family and sister Mary Lou Thorne and her family. Well liked Mounds View High School teacher of 28 years. A painter, US veteran and Fulbright Scholar, he enjoyed traveling, walking and telling stories
