I was on active duty from 1976 to 1979. I was stationed at Fort Benning, Georgia home of the 197TH Field artillery. After I was honorably discharged I worked ood jobs till 1997 at that time I joined the Calif army national guard. After that I worked with grizzly youth academy at Camp San Luis Obispo, which it was a great job I was a night squad leader. After that I found a great job as a diesel mechanic at the Long beach maintenance shop I am still working there I got the job in February 2005. I will retire from the National guard in February 17, 2016 I will be 60 years then.

My last Base I was stationed at befire I seperated was Lackland AFB in San Antonio TX. While I served in the Air Force I was awarded 2 Air Force Achievement medals one from each base I was stationed at.
