About Me	After high school graduation I went to Arkansas Tech University for Two and a half years of college taking courses for a Secondary Education degree. I Quit and married my wife Frances Renae (Mahan) Cothren in 1981. We had three babies Bryan, Cassandra, and Angila. I began factory work at Kirkwood Industries until they closed in 1991. I started back to college in 1988 working as plant wide foreman on 3rd shift at Kirkwood in Conway then driving to Russellville to Tech for business courses all day. I Graduated from Arkansas Tech in July 1993 with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. I went to work for Molex in Maumelle, Arkansas in September 1993. I was promoted from operator, to setup, to lead technician, then to Process Engineer of Injection Molding of the insert molded connectors (using thermoplastics) for the Hi...(read more)
