Hello Everyone.... Where: Embassy Suites Hilton North 25th Ave & Greenway When: Saturday June 5th 5:30pm til June 6th 1am Dress code: Casual Dress/Dressy (but no cut offs or torn clothing) You will check in at the registration table to receive a wrist band. Then let the fun begin!! The cost of the event is $80.00 per person We will have a buffet style dinner of Italian, Mexican, BBQ, and Vegetarian choices. A delicious table of desserts, champagne toast, entertainment and many more other activities planned. There will be a cash only bar for non alcoholic & alcoholic beverages. Please make your checks/money orders payable to MV Reunion/Bev Auerbach and mail to Bev Auerbach 18416 N Cave Creek Road Box 2006 Phoenix Az 85032. Please make sure that if you are bringing a guest with you, put their name on a piece of paper when you send in your payment. I have to put everyone on a guest list for the hotel management and I need them for the name tags. We have the main upstairs ballroom & outdoor patio for our enjoyment. For those of you who smoke, smoking is permitted on the patio. Embassy Suites is offering a discounted rate for anyone interested in staying overnight. The rate is $79.00.
