| About Me | Police officer from 1984 to 2011 Been elected to several police union board positions to include union president from 2007 to 2009. Since retiring from law enforcement I have been working for education unions: Executive Director of a 6,000 plus union (ACE-AFSCME Local 2250 in Maryland) 2 years 1 month. Executive Director South Dakota Education Association for 6 months. UniServ Director for the Maryland State Education Association since Spring 2014 1998 to 2012 - Partnership Board of Directors member for the United Way of Howard County. 2006 - Served on Public Safety Transition Team for newly elected County Executive. 1998 to 2008 - Elected and/or appointed to the Howard County Democratic Central Committee. 2006 - Campaign Consultant & Advisor for local Sheriff's race. 1998 - Co-Campaign Manager for local County Council race.
