About	David Holod of North Ridgeville, OH died suddenly on July 6, 2023. He was born in Charleroi, PA on July 28, 1949. Dave was a 1967 graduate of Montour High School and a proud alumni of Penn State University. He was an avid fan of Penn State football and Pittsburgh sports. He loved his home, many dogs and especially spending time with his family. Dave was a “Mr. Fix-It” as he had the ability to repair and build almost anything. He collected Lionel trains and enjoyed cars, motorcycles and fishing. He assisted in coaching local N. Ridgeville sports teams for several years. Dave worked for General Motors for over 30 years as a District Manager in Service/Sales. Dave is survived by his wife, Joyce (Sabat); children, Sandee Tiller (Albert) of N. Ridgeville, Sherrie Holod of Menlo Park, CA, and Mark Holod of Lakewood; granddaughter, Jordyn Holod; grandsons, Luke, Andrew and Jaret Tiller; brother, Robert Holod (Leslie Taylor) of Bullard, TX; sister-in-law of Gloria Sabat and brother-in-law of Lee Sabat (Karen) both of Kennedy Twp., PA. Dave was preceded in death by his son, Dr. Brian Holod; his parents, Walter Holod and Betty Lou (Johnston) Holod Lesh; and stepfather, George W. Lesh.
