Our English teacher referred to Ben as a "Genius." He was also known for his badass guitar playing skills. He used to walk down the hallways with his guitar hanging over his shoulder.

He bought a Les Paul shortly before he died.

On July 25th, 1981 at the age of 25, Ben had just returned from Eglin AF Base and became a victim of violence near his own neighborhood. He was a Patriot and is buried @ Riverside National Cemetery Section 4 Site 737.

May you RIP Ben and follow your "Stairway to Heaven."

Love you 4ever!

Micheal was killed in Viet Nam in 1967. His name is on the Viet Nam Memorial in Washington D.C. His name is also honored by placement on the Montebello Veterans Memorial. Actually there are eight others with the same honorable story who graduated from MHS. These fine patriots should have there name on any distinguished Alumni List. If your group feels as compelled as I. Please contact me. David A. Romero 1965 Grad. My e-ad is daveguyla@att.net.
