Rob was married to Kathy Nielsen for 33 yrs. They moved to Jamul in a new home w/pool. They worked together landscaping and making it their own. They have 2 girls Roberta 32 and Katie 28 yrs old.
He loss he fight with pancreas cancer..The Westcott family are having a celebration of life for him Nov. 17 at Santee Lakes sit L-M-N at noon...
