And the cool part is we still like each other! We have 2 adult children, daughter Jamie with her boyfriend Jason, and son Tom who is married to has a wonderful lady named Emily. By default we've adopted an adorable Black Lab that once belonged to Tom. We expected that when he settles somewhere he'll want her back but now Emily has the cutest beagle pup. I guess we have Riley for keeps. Jamie and Jason have 3 dogs that we love dearly, a shepherd collie mix named Smokey, a boxer pit mix named Kimmie and now a new pit named Mondo. I retired from work 5 years years ago due to Huntington's Disease. Mike retired too to help provide extra care. At one time my activites were all outdoors... long distance bicycling, archery and rifle hunting, fly fishing, watching Jamie work with her horses, and watching Tom during all the years of hockey, of which Mike coached. Activities I enjoy now are watching wildlife, the changing of seasons, and the kids as they make their way to mature adults who are comfortable in their own skin. Both are industrious, adventurous, and self sufficient. Both are caring and compassionate and share their love of life with others.
