Maryann “Mare” Ziobrowski Maryann “Mare” Ziobrowski, 78, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 18, 2025 with her loving family by her side. She spent her last several weeks in her daughter’s home, where her days were filled with love, laughter, and all of her favorite things. Her presence was a constant source of comfort and her kindness and grace touched the lives of many.
Maryann was born on May 13, 1946 in Schenectady and was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Sylvia Mancini Palombo. She was a graduate of Mont Pleasant High School and her first job was as a secretary at Schenectady County Airport. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 56 years, William “Bill” Ziobrowski, whom she married on September 4, 1965. Her primary job and joy was raising her children. When her children were grown, Maryann worked as a busdriver for the Mohonasen School District.
