Class of 1976
Most recently, after a 7 year battle I am free to discuss the Federal Case Law set under McAvey v OU BOCES. This First Amendment Civil Rights Case Law was regarding the cover up of the sexual abuse of a student by an older female teacher. The Case is well documented in Google, indicating the National Level of this Case and it's significance to Free Speech and Civil Rights. My Attorney Christopher Dale Watkins of Goshen NY never faltered. Without his brilliance and humanity non of this would be possible. The story continues to unfold as the Penn State tragedy illustrates the ramifications of ignoring Education Laws, Penal Laws and the fight to live up to the Moral Code we choose to live by each day. ON CRUSADERS.
