About Me	I attended Mission Bay High from 1967 thru 1969, all three years were very memorable. My favorite teacher in the whole wide world was Mrs. Andrews. She taught Home Ec. and while I hate to sew, I gained a lot of insight from her life and love. Another teacher in my life was Mary LaVaut, my home ec. teacher while at Einstein Jr. High. The two Marys' became extended family to me during my adult years as well. Always asking one and other if they'd seen their "little" Del? I always popped up sooner or later! Unfortunately too late I popped up and both were gone from my life w/o having said "good bye" and telling them I loved them! I think somehow they know that! I have been married for 38 years now and have 4 wonderful grandchildren who are the light of my life! Jacob, Ryan, and Natalie never cease to amaze me with the things they can do. A far cry from grandma when she was their age! lol........ I still believe in school spirit, reunions, and rekindling old friendships. It's the best time of your life, and if you let it be, one of lifes' BIGGEST lessons! I have worn my class ring for forty three years now. If I have learned anything substancial in life...I think it's to appreciate the people in our lives while they are still here, as all too soon they are gone.
