Rick would have graduated in 1965. He passed away on February 23, 1963 at 16 (10th grade) in an automobile accident. I am his brother, Jon Roe, Class of 1972.

He was in my biology class at Mira Costa and had a huge impact on me. I have thought of him often over the years. He had such a great sense of humor and I really enjoyed his friendship. I was devastated when I found out that he had passed and the circumstances of his death. He was an awesome friend.
