An amazing man with an amazing career. Got his masters degree in International Finance. His career took him all over the world. He is survived by his son Ryan who lives in Denver CO. He had a heart attack while at home in New Jersey. We miss him so very much.

We knew him as "Chuck". We being the MICOHI pole vaulters. Chuck was a fantastic athlete. He was the perfect build for the pole vault, but a little short for defensive back, where he nevertheless excelled. As I recall Chuck headed for the University of Nevada while his close friend, Rich Jarret went to USC.
I chased after Chuck's pole vault record (14'7"), and came oh so close in my senior year. Chuck's records went on to stand for a long time.
He was a good mentor for those of us coming up in the grades behind him.
I am a little stunned that he would pass at such a young age. Here's to a man who lived life fully in too short of a time.
