| About Me | I am an Associate Professor in the Theology Department at the University of Saint Thomas (Saint Paul, Minnesota). I am currently researching and writing on the topic of the resurrection of Jesus in late medieval Franciscan theology, spirituality and preaching. I have published two recent books: The Glory of Paradise: Risen Life in the Easter Octave Sermons of Bernardino da Siena (Tau Press, 2016) and Mary Magdalene in the Medieval Franciscan Spirituality: Beloved Disciple and Apostle of the Apostles (Franciscan Institute Publications, May 2022).
